Shipping
After payment is received, your order will go through a 3-5 day processing period. The tracking number of your order will be sent by mail.
Once the processing phase is done, you should expect your package within 2-5 business days, depending on where you are located.
Please remember, all these days are BUSINESS DAYS, meaning HOLIDAYS and WEEKENDS do not count.
Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.

Return Period
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and the total amount of refund is calculated based on the condition of the clothing, deducting any shipping cost.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. Please email us at support for order cancellation. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
